.Insight Global is looking for Change Management Manager for one of our largest Healthcare clients based in Cleveland, OH.
This person will
- Lead a team that supports the client in managing change activities through designing the change approach and supporting operations with frameworks and toolkits.
- Evaluate the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk and enhance the effectiveness of the change.
- Create an environment where the change management team enhances the healthcare system's ability to become more nimble, capable, and productive
The first project this person will take on is tied directly to the enterprise strategy. The healthcare system is taking a majority of their ambulatory patients and facilities and pushing them out further into the communities to ease patient commute/the healthcare system's reach into the community.
This person will be instrumental in building out the change management team with complete support from the executive and senior leadership teams.
The person in this role will have the opportunity to majorly impact the organization and community in a large way and will really consider the human aspect of change within the organization!
They will implement training plans, communication plans, etc. to ensure the change management model(s) can be sustained.
Required Skills & Experience
* Progressive, Formal, change management experience in a large organization
o Implementing change management processes, best practices, operational change initiatives, and related communication efforts.
* 3+ years' experience in management of team(s), preferably a change management team
* Bachelor's Degree -- preferably in organizational change, change management, etc.
* Ability to influence others and be flexible and adaptable; ability to work in ambiguous situations
* Results oriented and motivated by the opportunity to take on new initiatives with a sense of urgency.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills; Critical thinking and attention to detail.
* The ability to develop, coach, and mentor others and to influence others and achieve common goals.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Human Performance Technology, Communications, or related field
* Familiarity with Project Management approaches, tools & phases of the project lifecycle
* Previous Big 4 (EY (Ernst & Young), Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and/or Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdelet (KPMG)) or other large consulting firm experience
* Experience within a healthcare organization
* Change Management Certification (CCMP, CCMF, CMS, CMI Accrediation, ProSci Certification, etc.).
