An employer in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a Software Developer (C++) for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: joining a team of developers to resolve complex issues and develop architecture for multiple projects supporting the Department of Defense. These projects are through the implementation of requirement analysis, support, and project supervision. Will need apply functional knowledge (both general and industry knowledge), work with analysts on issues that need to be addressed with the code and review/guide activities for any junior developers. Will be required to sit on site 5 days/week and obtain up to a TS/SCI security clearance.
