An employer in the Columbus, OH area is seeking a Jr. Journeyman for a long term contract opportunity. This person wil be responsible for supporting day to day remote technical aspects of operational data to support diagnostic issues to determine the root by applying industry knowledge and technical expertise to create a solution. Breakdown of day to day responsibilities: 20% mentoring and leading the team of 5, 20% troubleshooting relative issues, 50% service desk support and 10% other (i.e meetings, reporting, etc.).
