Remote Customer Service Agent

A client in the banking industry is looking for Customer Service representatives to join a new team remotely. You will be taking calls (all inbound) from customers that are switching banks due to a merger. Customers will be calling in regards to questions regarding their existing accounts, how the merger will impact their accounts, how to access the application and website, etc. You will be working off of 2-3 monitors, helping up to 100 customers a day. There will be a 2 month transitional training period, starting off with a classroom style interactive training and learning about most frequently asked questions, how to handle different situations, etc. After that is mastered, you will be taking live calls from customers, answering questions in regards to the training from that week, progressing until you are able to handle calls without support.
1+ year of Customer Service Experience (can be Retail, restaurant, grocery, food service industry, etc.)
Ability to listen, type and talk simultaneously
Ability to learn new systems quickly
