Data/BI Analyst

**PREFER TO SIT IN OHIO**

Insight Global' s client is looking for a candidate who is skilled at complex data collection and analysis, data visualization and recognizes how elements of information relate in a complex system. Delivering findings and recommendations to stakeholders in understandable and succinct formats is critical. A Data Analyst can both appreciate and understand the current data and processes and develop insights aligned with future direction using the appropriate methods. As a consultant, planning your work and often facilitating client resources are a large part of your role. Finally, all employees are required to participate in business development and recruiting activities.

* 3-5 years of Data Analytics experience

* Bachelor's Degree -- prefer computer science data science, MIS or related

* Proficient in SQL

* Hands on experience with Power BI or Tableau

o Reporting, building visuals, manipulating data

o Writing complex queries, understanding of database structures

* Aligned to Microsoft Stack

* Familiar with ETL tools and data migration techniques

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignments

* Consulting experience

* Any Power BI / Tableau certifications

* Experience with programming languages -- Python, R or SAS
