Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating bi-weekly, on-site meetings with local Columbus, OH properties. During each property visit, the property manager shall be evaluating the overall cleanliness of the property, quality of work by each service provider and following up with such service provider as needed, and identifying any areas of concern at each property (i.e. trash pickup areas cleanliness, exterior lights outages, etc.). The Project Manager will maintain a log of each property visit including the date visited, areas of concern identified and follow up steps needed, and the number of miles driven. Such log will be saved on the company's shared drive for all to access and will be kept up to date on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for assisting in the company's accounting responsibilities including collection of payment, invoices and accounts payable. The Construction Project Manager will be the direct line of contact for tenants. Ideally, you have the ability to read construction plans from the ground up and have experience facilitating budgets within the construction industry.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ years as a Property Manager / Assistant to a Property Manager.

- Hands on construction / maintenance industry experience and knowledge.

- Ability to read and negotiate leases.

-Ability to read design / construction plans.

-Experience with construction site budgeting.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Accounting background.
