One of our large telecommunication clients is looking to hire a Field Technician to perform annual cell site audits. This position will be solely focused around site walks to do the QA/QC work, punch lists, alarm verifications, reporting, and making recommendations. In this role, one will use the client interface to document site conditions. The ideal candidate must pull from extensive cell site experience and knowledge to identify potential issues.
-Project Status: Attends project team meetings as required to keep the project team informed about the progress of the project. Participates in or conducts project reviews with stakeholders as necessary to perform ongoing assessments on the progress of projects. Assists upper level Project Manager to provide oversight, tactical input, expertise, communications, quality control, reporting. Ensures required review of all project documentation and approvals according to company standards and processes.
-Risk Management: Identifies risks in projects and applies techniques to assess and mitigate the risks using the help and support from the upper level Project Managers and project sponsors. Follows appropriate procedure to escalate potential issues to achieve resolution.
Ability to drive 90 percent of the time using a personal vehicle.
Ability to life 40-50 lbs, and willingness to climb 6 ft ladders
Must have a 4x4 vehicle
Network Operations Experience
Construction Management Experience
Actual Construction Experience - preferably integration and tower
Understanding of Nokia OEM Equipment
Understanding of T-Mobile and Sprint Construction Standards
