Insight Global is seeking a Financial Business Analyst (Product Owner) for one of our largest clients in Cleveland, OH. The Financial BA is responsible for the global design deliverables and approved solutions of the Oracle Cloud ERP system's modules for Fixed Assets and General Ledger. They are also responsible for the Oracle Fixed Asset and General Ledger design and solutions with the direction of Global Business Owners, Senior Product Owners, and the compliance to organizational policies. The "client" is internal employees such as SME's, Managers, Directors, and VPs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Consultants and divisions Cloud implementation team to design a global ERP solution as defined by Global Business Owners.
- Confirm Baseline Process Design
- Confirm SYSTEM Design meets process requirements
- Achieve successful User Acceptance Testing for assigned area of responsibility
- Change Management Impact, Planning, and delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and functionalities that will deliver the most value to the business and its members.
- Partners with other Business leaders to develop stories and is ultimately accountable for obtaining sign-off and accepting the story has met the expected requirements.
- Validate the work meets acceptance criteria for each story and that it meets the definition of done before giving their final approval.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business-related field
* 5+ years of experience Business Analysis
o Experience with being a product expert and gathering requirements/user stories
* Knowledge of Fixed Assets or General Ledger
o Proven ability for data acquisitions
o Taught technical concepts to team
o Communication and presentations skills
o Business impact
* ERP operating system knowledge
o Oracle, SAP, etc
* Project Management experience
