We run two Scrum teams. This person would be one of the technical developers on one of the teams. First thing in the morning we have a standup followed by a design session. The design session is for the developers to get together to collaborate on what projects they're working on. Sometimes this person would have meetings in the afternoon as well to meet with clients (users) to discuss their requests & Reading business requirements (user stories) to find the data and produce the metrics to meet those requirements and building SQL code to transform this information into the building requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Operations Research, or related field
- 4-7 years of progressive development/analytical experience
o In Lieu of degree, 8+ years of progressive development/analytical experience
- Deep understanding of SQL Server
- Proficient with the Microsoft BI stack (i.e. Visual Studio/SSDT/SSIS) including recent version of SQL Server
- Experience applying ETL best practices & in SQL Server performance tuning techniques.
- Experience in designing data warehouse structures, working within data warehouses and knowledgeable on data warehouse terminology
- 3+ year experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (I,e. Epic, Cerner)
- Caboodle
- Experience with Oracle
- Experience with Tableau.
- Knowledge of statistics, simulation, and data modeling
- C#, Python, SQL Server Performance Tuning, SQL Server Troubleshooting
