An employer in the Sharonville OH area is seeking a Tier 1 Helpdesk individual for a direct hire opportunity. This company develops and manufactures proprietary chemicals for their industrial and commercial clients. This person will be supporting connectivity to the whole ERP. They will provide support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations, mobile devices and client applications and will install/setup and maintain all hardware and peripheral components such as personal computers, monitors, keyboards, phones, and printers. They will also create and maintain service tickets for all customer interactions, support Microsoft 365 application stack, Email, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and participate in infrastructure team projects. This position will sit 4 days on site in Sharonville.
