A Transportation employer in Cincinnati, OH is looking for a Remote Customer Support Analyst to join their growing team. This individual will be joining and supporting the Payroll Reporting and Data team. Daily responsibilities will include resolving issues from internal employees via email and a ticketing system. The issues may include assisting managers with employee records, organizational/hierarchy updates, payroll issues, and general management of employee data. In addition, the candidate will need to have excellent communication and customer service abilities and be able to communicate and collaborate with other departments when needed.
- 2+ years of Help Desk experience resolving routine issues from internal
employees
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems managing employee data
- Strong problem solving skills
- Extremely reliable and a great communicator
