An employer in the Cincinnati area is seeking multiple Pharmacy Technicians for a 6 month contract opportunity. These individuals will be part of the inpatient pharmacy team of a large hospital. Their primary responsibilities will be working with pharmaceutical automation tools to prepare and dispense medication to patients in the hospital. Their main day to day tasks will be getting medication ready and verified by pharmacists, matching labels with medication, and delivering medication to patients. This position has a few openings and is seeking candidates for both day and evening shift. First shift hours being: 6am-2:30pm, 6:30am-3pm, 7am-3:30pm, or 7:30am-4pm, and 2nd shift hours will be around 3pm-11pm. The schedule will be released for 6 weeks in advance and will be given to the techs 2 weeks prior to the upcoming cycle. This is a 40 hour work week position and any candidates looking to be considered will need an active CPhT license certified with the State of Ohio board of pharmacy.
