An employer is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager. This individual will work closely with engineers and designers to guide products from conception to launch. As part of the Product Management group, they bridge the technical, business and brand world and improve the delivery for best-in-class product roadmaps. The Agile Delivery Manager will provide hands-on support to product teams and stakeholders, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and continuous improvement. The Agile Delivery Lead is also a coach, ensuring agile philosophies and standards are understood and followed by the product teams in their effort to deliver digital products for CPG brands. This person will also facilitate team ceremonies (Planning, Reviews, Refinement, Retrospectives) and establish the acceptance criteria for all user stories and make sure that all user stories are verified before the end of sprints.
* Minimum 5+ years work experience as an agile delivery manager
* One or more of the following certification(s) are required: Certified Enterprise Coach, Certified Team Coach, Certified Scrum Trainer, Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master.
* Demonstrated experience and success working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
* Extensive experience working on cross-functional teams
* Prior experience as an agile delivery manager for multiple teams in an iterative delivery model
