Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a skilled Business Analyst to join a Digital Technology team. This team delivers digital solutions for multiple Capital Markets’ lines of business. Our products are client facing supporting various trading desks.
We are launching a new digital experience for one trading desk. This product is designed to capture reinvestment opportunities, give insights to our clients to make investment decisions, and manage their investments.
The primary purpose of this position is to be a hands-on Business Analyst and serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and our development teams. This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and communicating requirements while providing ongoing support to developers, QA teams, and designers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
Ability to work independently, apply critical and strategic thinking to issues, and manage deadlines while multi-tasking amongst different priorities.
Effective stakeholder & relationship management, and strong collaboration
3-5 years of working on medium-to-high complexity initiatives with Project / Program delivery in an agile environment. (Initiative complexity can be demonstrated through size of budget, scope, domain, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Proficiency in creating documentation, process flows, and wireframes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP, CSM)
Experience with AI tools (internal tools, Copilot) for productivity and workflow automation.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design approaches
Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration concepts
