Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Clinical Informatics Analyst (Ambulatory) to support the design, build and implementation of the Novari solution, including the pathways of eRequest, Medical Imaging Requisition Management (MIRM), and ATC (Access to Care). These modules provide surgical wait list management, eReferral, referral management, central intake for the province.

These Analysts will report to the Novari Manager and be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the clinical stakeholder engagement, design, development, testing, and implementation of the Novari solution with OPOR.

Required Skills & Experience

* Degree or diploma in a health-related discipline

* Knowledge of referral management, central intake, and eReferral

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

* Organizational Skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Certification in CPHIMS, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management (PMP) and/or organizational change management

* Experience in workflow and process redesign

Background in DI, Mental health and addictions, ambulatory care settings, perioperative care
