Job Description
The Analyst supports business and operational functions through data reporting, analysis, and administrative coordination. This role partners with operations leadership to ensure accurate reporting, efficient office processes, and strong communication across operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute Excel-based reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze and organize operational data; create graphs and presentations for leadership.
• Serve as a point of contact for operational locations regarding data entry and reporting.
• Support office and administrative functions, including scheduling, documentation, and purchasing.
• Track invoices and operational paperwork to ensure timely processing.
• Assist with process improvements, special projects, and leadership requests.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers.
• Ensure daily operations align with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of related analytical, operational, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter and collaborative team player.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience building dashboards, reports, or data visualizations.
• Process improvement or workflow optimization exposure.
• Invoice tracking, purchasing, or vendor coordination experience.
