A client of Insight Global is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to join their team in Winston Salem, North Carolina. This person will be providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support to internal users at their Winston Salem branch and remote assistance. This Analyst will close 15-30 tickets per day. The role will be a Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. After 3 months in the role, this person will be able to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting end-users in a help desk environment
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable with high volume ticketing (20-30 tickets per day)
