Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack Developer (.NET/React/SQL Server) for a leading telecommunications client. This candidate will support the enhancement and maintenance of an enterprise equipment monitoring dashboard used to track critical operational data. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across both front-end and back-end development, coupled with expertise in SQL Server and on-prem Windows environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility application that supports business-critical monitoring and reporting functions while collaborating closely with engineering and business teams.
Day-to-Day:
Develop and enhance an internal equipment monitoring dashboard
Build front-end functionality using React and TypeScript
Develop backend services using C# and .NET
Write and optimize SQL queries and database interactions
Support application deployments within an on-prem Windows environment
Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements
Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

5+ years of Full Stack Development experience
React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET
SQL Server and SSMS
Experience building and supporting web applications
On-prem Windows Server environment experience
REST API development experience
Agile/Scrum experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
AWS experience (S3, Lambda, CloudFront, DynamoDB)
Dashboarding, monitoring, or reporting application experience
Telecommunications or enterprise-scale environment experience
Experience supporting legacy and modernized applications
