Job Description
In this role, the Scrum Master supports the ERP delivery teams by guiding day‑to‑day Agile practices across both enhancement work and larger project initiatives. They facilitate core ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, while partnering closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, IT leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business objectives. On a daily basis, the Scrum Master monitors sprint progress, tracks velocity and delivery commitments, removes impediments, and proactively escalates risks or dependencies to maintain momentum. They serve as a key point of communication, providing transparency into delivery status, supporting release planning and go‑live readiness, and ensuring teams are prepared for testing, deployment, and hypercare support. Through consistent use of Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices, the Scrum Master helps teams operate efficiently, deliver predictable outcomes, and mature in their Agile execution.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
- Experience with ERP implementations or enhancements.
- Strong Agile knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ERP platforms (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics).
- Experience in ERP functional areas.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe).
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
