Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-scale applications using Java and .NET technologies.
• Build and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces utilizing React and related front-end technologies.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling, query tuning, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into existing and new applications to enhance automation, user experience, and decision-making.
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Ensure applications adhere to security, compliance, and enterprise development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Position Summary
Bank of America is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing technology team responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise applications that support critical business functions. This individual will play a key role in building scalable, modern solutions leveraging Java, .NET, React, PostgreSQL, and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong full-stack development experience, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java development frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with .NET technologies including .NET Core/C#.
• Expertise developing modern web applications using React.
• Advanced experience with PostgreSQL database development and optimization.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience implementing Generative AI, AI-assisted development tools, machine learning models, or LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled application development.
• Experience within large financial services or banking environments.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
