Job Description

An employer is seeking a Junior Scrum Master for a large financial client sitting in Charlotte, NC. This person will be supporting the clients digital banking platform that provides treasury management, payments, reporting, liquidity, and commercial banking solutions to corporate clients. The Junior Scrum Master will partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to help the team deliver high-quality technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Agile experience who is looking to grow into a leadership position within a large-scale Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
Understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes.
Experience supporting Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
