Job Description

The Cable Apprentice will support the team with general project tasks and basic cable-related work in a data center environment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow directions, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Candidates should be comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced environment and be open to a variety of responsibilities throughout the project.

Required Skills & Experience

• OSHA 10
• Comfortable climbing ladders
• Warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience
○ Cabling or rack-and-stack experience is a plus
• Reliable and hard-working
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to follow directions
• Able to read basic drawings or blueprints
• Comfortable working long hours
• PPE Requirements: Hard hat and steel toe boots

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience with fiber, cables, or new standard copper
Knowledge of different types of cable (Fiber Optic Patch Cables)
