Job Description
Produce maps, drawings, easement plats, and survey deliverables.
Verify accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all CAD work prior to submission.
Download, upload, and process data from Trimble and GPS equipment.
Manage CAD drawing files for production, deliverables, and archiving.
Prepare drawings for project managers, engineers, and staff.
Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders.
Balance multiple assignments across several active projects.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of CAD design AND surveying experience (must have both).
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (2018 or newer).
Experience with
Survey computation, C&G, Trimble data processing, GPS workflows, Boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, Topographic surveys, Utility route surveys, Construction staking
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associate degree in CAD, Surveying, Engineering Technology, or related field (preferred but not required).
Experience supporting land development projects (commercial + residential).
Experience with easement plats.
Experience from survey‑focused or civil engineering firms
