Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Assemble custom signage products
• Fabricate components used in sign manufacturing
• Work with plywood, plastics, vinyl, foam products, and other materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Use hand tools and cordless power tools
• Operate equipment such as table saws and drill presses
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Maintain production schedules
• Complete housekeeping and inventory tasks
Work independently in a fast-paced production environment

Required Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read measurements and use tape measures accurately
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Experience working in a manufacturing, fabrication, woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, or similar production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Cabinetry experience
• Casework experience
• Millwork experience
• Trade school or technical school education
• Experience working with wood, plastic, aluminum, foam board, or graphic board products
Bilingual (English preferred)
