Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, mentoring clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality care for clients and families. The ideal candidate is collaborative, leadership-oriented, and committed to driving meaningful outcomes through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (schedule may vary within those hours) with occasional Saturday support as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct behavioral assessments including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
-Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
-Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and treatment plan adjustments.
-Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavioral support staff.
-Conduct regular observations and ensure treatment fidelity across all programs.
-Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals.

Required Skills & Experience

-Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
-Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
-Knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment methodologies, and evidence-based intervention strategies.
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, families, and clinical teams.
-Ability to analyze behavioral data and make informed clinical decisions.
-Comfortable working on-site Monday through Friday.
-Passion for improving the lives of individuals through behavioral intervention and support services.
