Job Description

Our client is seeking a Trader Voice Governance Coordinator to support governance, documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting activities for enterprise trader voice communications platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills who are looking to build experience in governance, compliance, telecommunications, or financial services operations.
This position focuses on coordination, documentation management, reporting, and administrative support. It does not include engineering, system administration, architecture, implementation, or technical troubleshooting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain governance documentation, policies, procedures, and repositories.
• Assist with compliance tracking and governance reporting activities.
• Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and evidence.
• Track governance-related risks, issues, action items, and remediation efforts.
• Assist with vendor governance activities and documentation requests.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and meeting materials for stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance meetings and maintain meeting notes and action items.
• Support communications retention and recordkeeping processes.
• Assist with change governance documentation and approvals.
• Maintain organized records to support business continuity and governance programs.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure governance documentation remains current and accurate.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks to support governance initiatives.

This is fully remote or in Charlotte or NJ. This is offering 25-34/hr. This is a 6-month contract with extensions or conversions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, operations, compliance, governance, project support, or customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting telecommunications, financial services, compliance, operations, or project coordination teams.
• Exposure to governance, audit, compliance, risk management, or regulatory environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Jira, or similar tracking systems.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• Internship or entry-level experience supporting operational processes or documentation management.
