Insight Global is seeking a Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant (S/4 ABAP) to support our client in High Point, NC. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and offshore development teams, gathering requirements, driving solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP initiatives.
On a daily basis, the consultant will work within S/4HANA, supporting development, enhancements, integrations, and production deployments across modules including FI, MM, SD, and VMS. They will coordinate offshore resources, participate in design and code reviews, support SAP-to-Non-SAP integrations, and help identify automation opportunities across the SAP landscape.
Success in this role will require strong technical SAP expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
10-15+ years of SAP experience in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with S/4 ABAP development.
Minimum 2+ years working within S/4HANA environments.
Experience with SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System) - this is the most important functional module.
Experience with SAP technical deliverables including enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and integrations.
Strong experience coordinating between onsite business stakeholders and offshore development teams.
Experience gathering requirements, leading solution design discussions, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Experience supporting SAP-to-Non-SAP integrations across complex enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience conducting impact analysis, effort estimation, and sizing for development and support work.
Ability to mentor distributed teams and drive deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), and SAP FI (Financial Accounting) modules.
Automotive industry experience.
Understanding of logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Experience working with cross-system integrations including SAP and third-party applications.
Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks within SAP environments.
Experience working alongside SAP Basis and Security teams.
Experience supporting system performance optimization and upgrades.
SAP certifications (nice to have).
