Job Description
Insight Global is a seeking a Tech 3 in the Charlotte area with strong experience servicing commercial chillers. Candidates should have 5+ years in HVAC with a focus on chiller maintenance and repair (air-cooled, water-cooled, or centrifugal). This role supports data center environments, so any experience there is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Strong experience servicing and maintaining chillers (air-cooled, water-cooled, or centrifugal)
• Rack refrigeration experience required
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on chiller systems
• Ability to work in commercial or data center environments
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with VAV, VRF, or RTU systems is a plus
