Quality Assurance within different applications, including salesforce & ironclad platforms, Contract
Employee will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and
test cases to ensure the highest quality of our internal business applications, specifically focusing on
complex workflows, integrations, and configurations within these key platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
- 3+ years of dedicated experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to report on testing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude and a readiness to learn new tools, techniques, and approaches as part of a fast-paced team.
- Strong understanding of testing principles, terminology, and test design.
