Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a results-oriented production technician to operate factory equipment, work on an assembly line, put together, and inspect products, and adhere to all factory safety guidelines and standards. Daily job duties include:
Support daily production operations to meet output and quality targets
Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks
Perform testing on units to ensure functionality
Operate equipment and assist with product assembly
Identify and report production issues or delays
Follow standard processes and quality guidelines
Assist with basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting as needed
Maintain materials and production documentation
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
Adhere to all safety and operational procedures

Required Skills & Experience
-Proven work experience as an Electronic Assembly Technician or similar role is required.
-Previous experience in factory or warehouse setting
-Strong teamwork, time management, multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Fluent in English and Spanish is highly preferred
-High School or GED preferred
-Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Offices, specifically Microsoft Excel is highly desired.
-Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow schematics, blueprints, and instructions as delivered for each product from proven work experience is preferred
-Basic knowledge of electrical design and control circuits from proven work experience is preferred.
-Basic knowledge of electronics & electro-mechanical assemblies from proven work experience is preferred.
