Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and self-driven Financial Analyst to support operations finance and drive cost optimization initiatives across the business. This individual will serve as a key partner to leadership, helping measure productivity, evaluate cost-saving initiatives, and deliver actionable insights that influence decision-making.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, resourceful, and comfortable navigating complex organizations to uncover data and insights. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate data into clear, concise recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to evaluate operational performance and measure the impact of cost-reduction and productivity initiatives
Conduct variance analysis on standard vs. actual costs and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance
Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and self-service tools to streamline access to key business metrics
Support monthly close and forecasting processes through improved reporting and data visualization
Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic and operational decision-making
Extract and analyze data from ERP systems to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Lead cross-functional discussions to align on key metrics, initiatives, and performance tracking
Deliver clear, concise insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within operations or manufacturing environments
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field
Strong experience working with ERP systems and sourcing large data sets
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
Experience with variance analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling
Exposure to standard cost accounting is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, direct insights
Demonstrated ability to work independently, build relationships, and navigate across teams
