Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires strong administrative expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics across domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, meetings, and daily priorities
Coordinate and maintain complex calendar management, including scheduling across multiple time zones
Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Track action items and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
Manage expense reports, invoices, and general administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Proven experience with complex calendar management, including prioritizing competing demands
Demonstrated experience coordinating domestic and international travel logistics (multi-leg itineraries, time zones, visas, etc.)
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and discretion

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with project management, including tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and driving deliverables
Experience supporting C-level or VP-level executives
Familiarity with corporate travel tools and expense platforms
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments
Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
