Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an experienced EHS Coordinator to support large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. This role will focus on driving environmental, health, and safety initiatives across projects while ensuring compliance with both local regulations and company standards.
Overview
This person will play a key role in implementing and maintaining EHS programs across active projects. You’ll be working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner.
Day-to-Day
Support the execution of company-wide EHS strategy and safety programs across projects
Lead and coordinate EHS efforts on-site, partnering with project teams and contractors
Ensure compliance with local safety and environmental regulations
Track and analyze EHS data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Conduct incident investigations and lead root cause analysis
Manage EHS reporting and documentation
Act as the main EHS point of contact for project stakeholders, including external partners and regulatory groups
Help develop and improve safety processes, procedures, and tools

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of EHS experience within energy, construction, or infrastructure environments
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
PPE Order Managment experience
Experience with incident investigations and reporting
Familiarity with EHS management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 or similar)
Ability to lead and influence teams on job sites
