Job Description

A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE - Platform Marketing Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day planning of marketing tactics for titles with various platform partners. This person will work closely with internal and external platform partners, streaming partners, and mobile app stores to ensure assets are requested to specific specifications and delivered on time.

In this role, you will
● Track incoming partner requests and help route them through internal review processes (brand, legal, etc.)
● Organize and maintain asset libraries, ensuring files are up to date, properly formatted, and accessible
● Support the creation and distribution of partner-facing materials such as product updates and roadmaps
● Perform QA on marketing assets and placements, validating that links, in-game touchpoints, and web destinations are accurate, functional, and aligned with campaign requirements prior to launch and during the campaign
● Assist with compiling campaign recaps and reporting materials
● Help prepare materials and agendas for partner meetings
● Work cross-functionally with publishing, marketing, and creative teams to request, review, and deliver assets in a timely manner across multiple partners and projects.
● Provide general coordination and administrative support for partner marketing initiatives
● Curate content on various platform-oriented marketing channels

Required Skills & Experience

● 2-5 Years within marketing asset or community management at a gaming company.
● Experience in marketing, partnerships, or project coordination
● Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
● Strong communication skills and comfort working with a variety of teams
● A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
● Comfortable working within structured processes and following established workflows
● Available during U.S. business hours
