Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Testing and Training Coordinator to support a large ServiceNow implementation for one of our enterprise financial clients within their cybersecurity organization. This individual will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end testing activities while also supporting training execution to ensure successful system adoption. This person will work closely with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to organize testing cycles, track defects, and drive testing through completion. In parallel, they will help coordinate training efforts by managing schedules, tracking completion, and ensuring users are prepared ahead of go-live. This role requires strong organization and communication skills, as this individual will be working across multiple teams to drive timelines, provide visibility into progress, and ensure both testing and training deliverables are completed on schedule. This position is 5 days onsite / 40 hours per week at our client's office in either Denver, Chicago, DC or Charlotte.

Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience coordinating testing activities for large enterprise implementations
Experience running or supporting end-to-end testing, including UAT coordination
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Experience tracking defects, testing progress, and reporting status to stakeholders
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Experience creating and maintaining trackers, schedules, and status reports (Excel, PPT, etc.)
Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, “go-getter” mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting training coordination or user readiness efforts (tracking completion, scheduling sessions, etc.)
Experience developing or managing training materials (guides, job aids, presentations)
Exposure to ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
Experience working in cybersecurity, risk, or regulated environments
Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
Background in project coordination, PMO support, or organizational change initiatives
