Project Manager – Civil Construction
📍 Cary, NC OR Charlottesville, VA
💰 $100K–$125K + 10% Bonus + Benefits

Position Overview
Due to a growing backlog, the company is hiring a Project Manager to support projects in either the Cary, NC or Charlottesville, VA markets.
This role offers high visibility and ownership, managing multiple projects from preconstruction through completion, all within a local travel radius (30–45 miles).

Key Responsibilities
• Manage 2–3 projects simultaneously ($5M–$10M range)
• Oversee full lifecycle:
○ Budgeting & cost forecasting
○ Scheduling & timeline management
○ Subcontractor/vendor coordination
○ Client / owner / GC communication
○ Change orders & reporting
• Collaborate with estimating, field teams, and operations
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and safely
• Gain exposure to larger-scale projects ($50M+) over time

Qualifications
Required:
• Minimum 2+ years of civil construction experience
• Experience supporting or managing projects (preferably $5M+)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Preferred:
• Experience on large-scale ($50M+) projects
• Leadership or mentorship experience

Compensation & Benefits
• $100K–$125K base salary
• 10% bonus

Work Environment
• Monday–Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)
