JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Aftermarket Sales Rep to work within the Aftermarket Department. This department is responsible for selling replacement machine parts and providing technical support and customer service to customers who previously purchased equipment. The individual in this role will perform sales functions for targeted markets and programs, manage an active sales pipeline, expand new and existing customer accounts, proactively promote aftermarket products and services, and support existing customers through quotations and order processing.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Prepare, configure, and present accurate price quotes for aftermarket parts and services.
• Follow up with customers on open quotes to support decision making and drive conversions.
• Manage multiple projects at the same time while maintaining accuracy and clear communication.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks to keep records, orders, and documentation updated.
• Create and manage return authorizations for customer returns and monitor progress through completion.
Support the department supervisor with operational or administrative tasks as needed to maintain workflow continuity.
