Job Description
The Project Coordinator acts as the main liaison between the company and its residential homebuilder partners. This position oversees the pre‑construction sales process from initial plan review through pricing, contract award, and transition into operations.
The position requires the ability to manage a large volume of plans and proposals while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and strong customer communication.

Required Skills & Experience
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with experience explaining scope and pricing to builder customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with experience using estimating, CRM, or construction‑related software platforms
- Prior use of ERP or CRM systems such as Sage Intacct, Salesforce, or comparable tools
- Strong technological proficiency
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Sage ERP
- Industry experience across construction or other relevant industry
- Experience reading or working with construction blueprints
