Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Practice Manager/Office Manager to own the full administrative and operational function of a growing medical aesthetics practice in Charlotte, NC. This individual will oversee front desk operations, scheduling, multi-line phones, EMR usage, POS and payment workflows, inventory tracking, and office supply management. They will act as the final operational touchpoint for patients by supporting pricing discussions, explaining financing options, and helping convert consultations into procedures. This role will also focus on operationalizing office systems, improving workflows, and tracking performance metrics to support practice growth, while providing executive support as needed. This position does not perform clinical duties or formal bookkeeping, which will be handled separately. This is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a converting salary range between $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of experience managing operations in a medical office or practice
-Hands-on experience with EMR systems, POS systems, and medical office workflows
-Experience overseeing full front-office operations including scheduling, phones, inventory, and patient coordination
-Ability to discuss procedure pricing, financing options (e.g., CareCredit), and support consult-to-procedure conversion
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience supporting a plastic surgery, dermatology, or med spa practice
-Experience scaling or operationalizing systems for a growing medical or aesthetic practice
-Experience setting and tracking operational KPIs or performance metrics
-Bilingual skills
