Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Data & GRC Program Manager for a large enterprise client. This individual will play a key role in coordinating enterprise data strategy initiatives while supporting governance, risk, and compliance efforts across the organization. The role will focus heavily on stakeholder coordination, documentation, UAT management, and recurring enterprise forums. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments, and skilled at translating strategy into clear communication, guidance, and training artifacts.

Enterprise data strategy coordination experience
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program experience
Experience supporting risk management documentation
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Experience facilitating working sessions and recurring forums
Documentation and guidance development experience
Experience coordinating UAT activities
Comfortable working in an enterprise, cross-functional environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ServiceNow IRM or similar GRC tooling experience
Experience with financial risk or regulatory compliance frameworks
Training development experience (videos, TTT, end-user enablement)
Prior experience working with advisory or governance groups
Enterprise data governance or data management background
