Job Description
We are seeking an Construction Coordinator to support initial machine setup, improve operational availability, and execute capital projects from planning through Start of Production (SOP). This role plays a key part in modifying equipment design, integrating machines into mass production, and driving continuous improvement.
• Execute initial machine setup and machine integration into mass production
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Test and repair industrial equipment (circuits, relay logic, motors, servo drives, etc.)
• Support capital projects, machine trials, and vendor builds (domestic & international)
• Lead problem-solving efforts to improve safety, quality, and productivity
• Develop and manage schedules; report progress to leadership
Complete documentation and certify equipment safety (White Kanban Check)

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of industrial controls or engineering technician experience in manufacturing. Experience with installing, modifying, and optimizing electrical systems in an industrial environment
• Ability to interpret GC work, identify deficiencies, and drive closure
Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting; schematic reading
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Technical associate degree or higher (or equivalent experience)
• Pre-production equipment setup experience
• Quality data analysis and root cause investigation
High-volume production or clean room experience
