Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and evolve the DAM product vision and roadmap aligned to enterprise content strategy and operating model
• Position DAM as the single source of truth for approved content, supporting modular, omnichannel activation
• Establish a forward-looking roadmap incorporating AI/agentic capabilities (auto-tagging, semantic search, performance insights, intelligent lifecycle management)
Platform Ownership & Delivery
• Lead end-to-end DAM implementation and optimization (e.g., Aprimo or equivalent)
• Define and manage product backlog, prioritization, and release planning
• Partner with engineering, vendors, and system integrators to deliver scalable, secure solutions
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards
MLR, Compliance & Content Lifecycle Integration
• Integrate DAM tightly with MLR systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats) to maintain:
o Approval lineage
o Version control and audit trails
o Expiry and withdrawal automation
• Define workflows that ensure only final, approved assets are activated downstream
• Support regulatory requirements (e.g., inspection readiness, FDA 2253 alignment where applicable)
Metadata, Taxonomy & Governance
• Own the enterprise metadata model and taxonomy strategy
• Define and maintain a metadata contract across CMP → MLR → DAM → Channels
• Enable advanced capabilities such as:
o Modular content relationships (parent/child, derivatives)
o Rights and usage management
o Lifecycle state management
• Partner with governance and content teams to ensure adoption and consistency
Integration & Ecosystem Enablement
• Drive integrations across the content supply chain:
o CMP (e.g., Storyteq) for content creation and assembly
o MLR (e.g., Veeva PromoMats) for review and approval
o Channels (AEM, SFMC, DCO platforms, social, sales enablement) for distribution
• Enable frictionless content flow from creation → approval → distribution → performance feedback
AI & Performance-Driven Content Optimization
• Introduce AI-powered capabilities, including:
o Automated tagging and metadata enrichment
o Natural language and semantic search
o Content recommendations and reuse suggestions
o Predictive compliance signals
• Define how asset-level performance data flows back into DAM to:
o Inform reuse and optimization
o Improve taxonomy and metadata
o Support reporting and dashboards
Adoption, Change Management & Enablement
• Act as the platform champion, driving adoption across brand teams, agencies, and affiliates
• Develop training, onboarding, and support models
• Partner with stakeholders to embed DAM into daily workflows and campaign execution
• Track and improve adoption metrics and user satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience
Required
• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, DAM, or marketing technology platforms
• Hands-on experience with enterprise DAM platforms (e.g., Aprimo, Bynder, Adobe, Veeva, etc.)
• Strong understanding of content lifecycle workflows, including MLR/regulatory processes
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and agencies
• Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver at scale
Preferred
• Experience in pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault / PromoMats and compliance-driven workflows
• Experience integrating DAM with CMP, CMS (AEM), marketing automation (SFMC), and DCO platforms
• Exposure to modular content, headless architectures, and design systems (e.g., Figma, Knapsack)
• Experience implementing AI/ML or agentic workflows within content or marketing platforms
