Job Description

The Director of Central Pharmacy Services serves as a key member of the Pharmacy Leadership Team. This person will coordinate and collaborate with all levels of representatives across multiple departments to drive organizational and departmental goals related to operations, cost savings, process improvement, standardization, and other initiatives. The position will focus on directing the Central Pharmacy Service Center consisting of multiple business lines supporting the Hospital and Retail Pharmacy locations that serve our patients.

Required Skills & Experience

Masters in Pharmacy required. Master's degree in Business Administration preferred. Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred (PharmD)
5 years related Pharmacy exp
3 years supervisory/management experience required.
Current North Carolina Pharmacist license required by start date.
Healthcare Finance experience required - this is flexible. Does not have to be a finance expert.
