Job Description

This role leads end‑to‑end project delivery—from detailed planning and budgeting to risk management, resource coordination, and benefits realization. You’ll ensure every project aligns with organizational strategy, delivers measurable value, and transitions smoothly into operations. Success in this position requires strong stakeholder management, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to collaborate across teams while fostering a culture of exceptional customer service. This project manager is heavily focused on revenue cycle work. We are looking for a candidate who has done revenue cycle projects within patient access, anywhere from middle to back end revenue cycle projects, claims, or billing.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree or higher
-5+ years of Project Management, progressive leadership, and/or Change Execution experience required.
P-MP Certification required within 18 months of hire

Must sit in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana , Maryland, Michigan, Missouri (In process), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin
