Job Description
A client of insight global is looking for maintenance technicians to support their hospital facility in Charlotte, NC. Day to day responsibilities will include general maintenance and repairs for the following systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection systems, exterior finishes, elevators, nurse call, Pneumatic tubes, and anything within the hospital wall that is non-clinical. These technicians usually see 10-15 work orders per day. If something cannot be fixed by these technicians, it will be escalated to a 3rd party vendor. This technician will also conduct biweekly, quarterly, semiannually, and annual preventative maintenance including inspections and testing on specific equipment. There is one opening for 1st shift- Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with working weekends every 7 weeks and 2nd shift- Sunday-Thursday, 3:00pm-11:30pm

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with preventative maintenance (inspections, testing, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and good communication skills
• Longevity in previous roles
