Job Description

A large software and gaming company is looking for a Remote EST Creative Operations Producer. This person will connect the creative and marketing teams directly to the new localization LLM — eliminating manual handoffs by owning the end-to-end loc pipeline: automated Jira ticketing, Smartling TMS management, and ensuring translated content flows into the tools teams actually use. You'll restore and scale existing loc automation workflows so creative and marketing teams can access localized content without submitting a ticket. The remaining portion supports the Creative Ops Lead on engineering producers and broader Creative Ops initiatives. Looking for someone systems-minded, production-savvy, and detail-oriented — someone who gets excited about building pipelines that scale.
Role Responsibilities
● Lead Creative Operations projects with a localization focus — including Smarting integrations, automated Jira workflows, LLM translation pipeline buildout, and miscellaneous tool connector implementation and maintenance.
○ Own project timelines for loc pipeline work, coordinating dependencies across Localization,
Engineering, Creative Ops, and Marketing teams.
○ Manage scope and prioritization for loc automation projects; anticipate risks such as API changes, content volume spikes, or LQA bottlenecks; and drive escalation when needed.
○ Coordinate with Loc Ops, Creative Ops, IT, and InfoSec on integration and API access requirements for Smartling, Airtable, Jira, Figma, and Frontify
● Serve as the Jira subject matter expert for localization.
● Serve as a Smartling TMS subject matter expert — managing content workflows, job configurations, LLM translation settings, and API-driven integrations.
● Partner with the Localization team to onboard Shared Services, and Marketing stakeholders onto the new LLM pipeline — providing documentation and training to reduce manual request volume and drive self-service adoption.
● Manage and track Loc pipeline health in regular reports for the Localization and Creative Ops leads.
● Design and roll out training and documentation to support team adoption of the Loc LLM workflow across Creative and Marketing teams.
● Support the Creative Ops Lead in managing engineering producers, including onboarding coordination, workflow integration, and day-to-day production support.
● Provide cross-team support and backup for Production Studio producers as needed.

● Comfortable managing multi-system workflows and partnering with engineers on integrations. Reliable communicator across Loc, Creative, and Marketing teams.
