Insight Global is supporting the search for a Sales & Operations Leader to oversee day‑to‑day sales performance and operational execution across multiple locations. This individual will own territory planning, revenue performance, and team accountability while ensuring strong lead flow, conversion rates, and upsell strategies are consistently executed. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a strong B2C sales background who can coach teams, close gaps in the sales funnel, and drive results tied to defined bonus structures.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Experience & Skills:
Strong understanding of general sales operations
Proven experience in B2C sales environments
Experience managing residential through commercial projects
Typical job budgets ranging from $200–$30K
History of consistently hitting revenue targets tied to bonus structures
Experience overseeing multiple locations or territories
Strong communicator — direct, respectful, and effective
Comfortable holding teams accountable through data, metrics, and scorecards
Tools & Systems:
Proficient in-
Google Suite
Excel
Revenue and budget reporting
Housecall Pro (or similar field service / CRM tools)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Background in home services, construction, or field‑based services industries
Experience improving average ticket value (ATV) through upsells and add‑on services
Familiarity with pricing strategy, discounts, and margin protection
Experience working in commission or bonus‑driven environments with clear performance tiers
