Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Electrical Field Technician to support large-scale events and projects across North America. This is a, travel-intensive role supporting event power distribution, generator operations, and on-site setup. The position requires long hours, frequent travel, and weekend work.
Daily Responsibilities include:
The set up and break down of job sites, including pulling cable and managing power distribution
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site power, generator, and distribution system issues to maintain reliable performance
Loading and unloading trucks
Monitor and maintain generators during live events
Perform quality checks to ensure safe and reliable power delivery
Interact directly with clients on-site to support event needs

Electrical background or experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
Experience with generators or diesel equipment
Background in power, hospitality power services
