Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Tools Engineer to support and enhance bank-wide monitoring platforms. This role focuses on improving monitoring and operational readiness by implementing accurate thresholds, alerts, and dashboards. You will serve as a trusted technical resource and thought leader, ensuring issues can be detected and diagnosed earlier—reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) and preventing incidents from reaching production.
This role requires deep expertise in enterprise-class monitoring tools, strong collaboration with application and production support teams, and the ability to drive adoption of monitoring best practices across the organization. The right candidate will be instrumental in advancing proactive monitoring capabilities and enabling applications to run more reliably than ever before.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Dynatrace components
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Splunk components
• Experience with operational scripting and process improvement
• Strong understanding of application architecture, databases, networking, and system interdependencies
• Familiarity with IT operations processes (e.g., ITIL)
• Experience with both Unix and Windows operating systems
• General knowledge of:
o Large-scale data sets
o DNS and BIND
o IPsec VPNs and NAT
o Windows Batch, VBScript, PowerShell, or vSphere PowerCLI
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background as a Systems Administrator (SA), DBA, or Middleware Engineer
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale, globally distributed environments
