Job Description
The Divestiture Workstream Lead – Infrastructure is responsible for leading the infrastructure separation workstream as part of a complex, large-scale healthcare enterprise divestiture. This role oversees the identification of shared infrastructure dependencies and the planning and execution of hosting environment transitions, network separations, cloud migrations, and data center activities required to achieve a clean operational split between the divesting and acquiring organizations.
Operating within an established divestiture governance structure, this leader coordinates across application, security, and cloud teams to deliver a structured infrastructure transition that maintains business continuity while meeting program timelines and contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and document shared infrastructure dependencies across hosting environments, networks, data centers, cloud platforms, and associated network, application and data environmental maps
• Define the infrastructure separation strategy or TSA support model, including sequencing, exit criteria, and technical milestones
• Coordinate hosting environment transitions, including physical data center activities and cloud infrastructure migrations
• Support network, cloud, and data center separation activities in alignment with security and application workstream requirements
• Partner with application and security workstream leads to ensure infrastructure transitions support overall program objectives
• Manage workstream-level risks, issues, and timeline dependencies with clear escalation paths
• Provide regular status updates to the divestiture PMO and executive leadership
• Ensure all infrastructure transitions adhere to compliance, security, and operational standards
Pay Range for this role is $50 - $55 depending on years of experience and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure operations, including hosting environments, networking, and cloud platforms
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A technology separations, integrations, or large-scale infrastructure migrations
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise data center environments
• Ability to manage and coordinate complex, multi-vendor technical environments across concurrent workstreams
• Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products with the ability to tailor documentation and presentation to the level of the audience receiving documentation
• Experience working within large enterprise program governance structures
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator (or equivalent cloud certification)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
• ITIL 4 Foundation or Managing Professional
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent networking certification
